This is a triptych I made for my mum's birthday (which is upcoming, and I'm totally broke-a$$!).

How did I do it? I cut some stencils from old binder dividers that got the ring holes all torn out, then I found a book from the 70s (with that great acid paper, which gives you that old tone really quickly) ... found some apt pages and stenciled the images on with Crayola tempera paint (yeah, clearly on a budget

). Then I cut the pages to size, and it will be assembled in a nice frame (once I can find one for cheap

). For now, I just scanned them and got them set into the triptych digitally to see how it all looks together. I think it turned out fantastic!
